a private Polish consulting company. It boasts unique knowledge
and experience gained over 12 years of operating under conditions
of radical political, social and economic change.

NICOM Consulting Ltd. offers a wide range of

Historically,NICOM Consulting Ltd. used to
specialize in comprehensive servicing of privatisations and ownership
transformation. NICOM Consulting Ltd. held
a prestigious role of the advisor to the Ministry of State Treasury
in the project of privitisation of Bank Zachodni S.A. (transaction
of PLN 2.248.000 , 85% of shares were purchased by Allied Irish
Bank) and in the second phase of ownership transformation of the
Polish Telecom S.A. (consortium with ING Baring, 35% of shares were
purchases by France Telecom and Kulczyk Holding, transaction of
PLN 18.620.000.000 (USD 4.228.262.597)).

An example of a project requiring excellent organisational skills

of the Mass Privatisation Programme (at that time the largest such
project in Eastern Europe). In this project NICOM
Consulting Ltd. had to work with over 1,000 Polish enterprises,
conducting brief analyses and comparisons between enterprises and
assessing their relative economic ranking.

of economic conditions for the coming month, quarter, half-year
and year, prepared by NICOM and external experts, a critical review
of the most important economic events, information on changes in
the law and new legislation. The target readership of the Bulletin
includes all past and present customers of NICOM

institutions, National Investment Funds and influential news publishers.

Former Minister of Industry and Trade in the Cabinet of J.K. Bielecki
(1992-1993). Founder and first President of the Association of Economic
Advisors in Poland. Fulbright Scholar. Lecturer at the University
of Minnesota, USA. Certified Management Consultant (certified by
SDG, member of the International Council of Management Consulting
Institutions). President of the Polish Roundtable for Business (1996-1999).
Since January 1999, President of the Polish Confederation of Private
Employers.
